What’s the Key to Lengthy-term Success? It’s the Supervisor!

Good managers:

  • Successfully delegate and assign work to others,
  • Assess and develop their group; coach for efficiency,
  • Monitor, measure, and report on progress,
  • Talk completely with their group, and
  • Take care of staff that don’t meet their expectations.
